Addiction is a disorder of the brain’s reward system which arises through transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms and develops over time from chronically high levels of exposure to an addictive stimulus (e.g., eating food, the use of cocaine, drugs, alchole, engagement in sexual activity, participation in high-thrill cultural activities such as gambling.

How I work; I have 30 minutes free consultation face to face, before the first session.
The prosses will normally require 3 to 4 sessions depending on your individual circumstances. All sessions will involve a hypnotic induction to create a trance state, a deepening process and with diffrent techniques to access and communicate with the subconscious mind, specific suggestions about your unique circumstances and an awakening to take you out of trance.
